DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

(a) Title to the goods will not pass from Ulster Weavers Limited (“Ulster Weavers”) to you (the “Customer”) until payment in full has been received by Ulster Weavers of:  

1. All money due in respect of the goods supplied by Ulster Weavers hereunder; and

2. All other monies due from the Customer to Ulster Weavers on any account.

(b) Ulster Weavers reserves the right to dispose of surplus goods in its possession or faulty goods that have been returned to it at its own discretion after six months from the date of delivery of the full order.

(c) All goods specially ordered are expected to be taken within three months of the agreed delivery date otherwise Ulster Weavers reserves the right to dispose of these goods, or to charge interest and handling charges, or to cancel future deliveries.

(d) Ulster Weavers reserves the right to ship goods to the Customers if within 10% of the quantity ordered.

(e) Balances under £50 will be automatically cancelled.

(f) Payment will be made within 30 days of the date of invoice.

(g) These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Northern Ireland.

(h) The terms and conditions listed above are in addition to those terms and conditions contained in Ulster Weaver’s current price list and by submitting a purchase order for the goods on line, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms contained in Ulster Weaver’s current price list.

CARRIAGE TERMS

UK Carriage Terms: 
Consignments £300 and over (ex VAT) will be forwarded with carriage paid by Ulster Weavers. Consignments of between £150 & £300 will have an additional charge of £10 to cover freight and administration. A minimum order of £150 applies.

Balances: Under £50 will automatically be cancelled.

Ireland Carriage Terms: 
Consignments £500 and over (ex VAT) will be forwarded with carriage paid by Ulster Weavers. Consignments of between £150 & £500 will have an additional charge of £20 to cover freight and administration. A minimum order of £150 applies.

Balances: Under £50 will automatically be cancelled.

EUR Carriage Terms: 
Consignments €375 and over will be forwarded with carriage paid by Ulster Weavers. Consignments of between €175 & €375 will have an additional charge of €17.50 to cover freight and administration. A minimum order of €175 applies.

Balances: Under €75 will automatically be cancelled.

US Carriage Terms:

Minimum order $150. Shipping rate is 6% of order value. Goods ship via UPS Ground from Dallas, TX warehouse.

Freight costs will need to be calculated for these orders, Customer Services will contact you to confirm this amount once items have been packed.
